Nigerian sensational musician and impressive Afrobeat kingpin, Lojay has emerged with his official long-anticipated studio project tagged, “GANGSTER ROMANTIC” (EP).

In the seven-track follow-up to the well-received collaborative EP LV N ATTN with famous producer Sarz, Lojay epitomizes oneself on GANGSTER ROMANTIC. The musician recognized for his evocative, sultry voice and razor-sharp lyrics gives insight into his profession, exploring the harsh realities of his feelings and revealing his vulnerabilities in a number of musical revelations.

As he strips down, leaving us with nothing, the outcome is a gloomier world that is overflowing with buoyant direction and easy drive. The sincere, spare first track of the EP is “YAHWEH,” a passionate homage to a romantic lead that describes the feelings she arouses in him.
