Mavin Records newly inducted queen, Ayra Starr has this studio record, “Fashion Killer” running all through our minds.
Impressively, Ayra Starr’s introduction to the mainstream has brought so many attention to her. She made her debut after signed to Mavin Records with her chart-topping studio project, “Ayra Starr” EP; the musical body of work is still one of the best released at that period.
Now, “Fashion Killer” is the new tune that has got listeners vibing to her craft after “Bloody Samaritan”; Ayra Starr has showed how she can dominate her own space with this banging jam. After releasing the song, she hinted that she has been a good fan of fashion alongside her brother, noting that her brother is ASAP Rocky’s loyalies while she carried Rihanna all on her head.
Seemingly, Ayra Starr comes close to having Tiwa Savage kind of flow and positivity while behind the scene, Don Jazzy is trying his possible best to bring out the star on her – he is doing a great job.
The song, “Fashion Killer” was drawn out of her recently-released studio album, “19 & Dangerous” which is still getting so much repeat and replay on our playlist. London worked so hard for the instrumental, so linking up with him was as easy as an “ABC” after good records the music producer has had with the Mavin Records team.
Lastly, the musical album which hosts “Fashion Killer” has guest feature from Fousheé and CKay. CKay has a great performance on “Beggie Beggie while Fousheé was seen in “Snitch.”
“Fashion Killer” has some catchy lyrics like:
“my denim faded but i rock it like a baby in a cot, i put the water in the ocean in the city that i’m from, i light the room in the dark cause my bling is a torch, i watched fashion die today in the mirror that i saw, shebi na to ball we go ball, flex to the dawn, i go settle the funds, no return, and when i enter the club, no dey my front, cause me i get gun oh, no dey do me wrong, oh i’m a fashion killer yeah, i got much delivered yeah, when i pass you shiver yeah, and my ass got thicker yeah x2”
