CKay – Watawi ft. Davido, Focalistic, Abidoza
Young and exquisite Nigerian vocalist, CKay has turned up with a blistering studio number which he named, “Watawi.”
On the studio record “Watawi,” CKay made an unusual move as he tries to connect the music relationship with South Africa by finding and welcoming the vocal prowess of Nigerian award-winning singer, Davido and electrifying South Africa Amapiano star Focalistic who all made their verse fun to hear. Abidoza wasn’t written off as he also showered his vocal prowess on the Amapiano instrumental.
Recall that his past studio work of art “Boyfriend” EP, which contains his worldwide famous sound, “Love Nwantiti,” was responsible for his great popularity. Meanwhile, CKay, the Nigerian Afro-beat popstar who ended 2021 with “Emiliana” and “By Your Side,” has released “Watawi,” an engaging tune.
CKay, Davido, Focalistic, and Abidoza apparently crafted a global blockbuster acting as his sophomore record for 2022, where they all excelled superbly on the jam presently making headlines just hours prior to the launch. In addition, the song was accompanied with a music video aptly directed by Dalia Dias.
