M.anifest, a well-known musician, songwriter, and record producer from Ghana, has just released a magnificent song called “50 Years Freestyle.”
M.anifest is the stage name of Kwame Ametepee Tsikata, a musician, rapper, and record producer from Ghana. At the 2017 Ghana Music Awards, he took home the Best Rapper and Hip-Hop Song of the Year awards.
He is the grandson of J.H. Kwabena Nketia, a renowned ethnomusicologist and composer from Africa. He was recommended as one of four performers to watch out for in 2012 by The Strand on BBC Radio.
As a result, “The E.P.ilogue EP,” his previous album release, is continued on the aforementioned smash hit tune.
In the end, if you enjoy good music, you should add this original composition to your playlist.
The truth lasts longer than a lie I no go lose guard
Picture me rolling with a resurrected 2pac
In the world of refugees everything is helter skelter
Dead presidents for food clothes and shelter
We used to put these black thoughts on white paper
A paradox like a black church and a white savior
That’s besides the point like a 2 guard
Michael Jeffrey Jordan flow that be why I’m too hard
I came to bring to the pain a method to this madness
1520 Sedgwick ave that’s the address
I was on some chill shit these pricks moving cactus
Naija dey talk Oshe… like a rapper actor
Not every skinfolk is kinfolk
Niggas po’ pimpin like they been broke
Mind set is do or die
For the cash money sell their soul to the bluest eye
