Nigerian female music veteran, Omawumi has unlocked a massive studio craft which she dubbed as “My Life.”
Omawumi‘s sound, “My Life” sang about the ordeal her life faces then and now. She saw that everything about the song will be on good taste when she applied the vocals of indigenous rap titan, Phyno who serenades and add some rap flows to the rhythm.
Just know that “My Life” was fetched out of Omawumi’s recently-unveiled studio project tagged, “Love, Deep, High Life” album which consist of 10 amazing songs that can swiftly take you to euphoria. Phyno’s verse is one of a kind as he kindly follows the meaning of the track.
The fuss is everywhere as Omawumi avails her much-awaited and long-thought-about musical artistry, “Love, Deep, High Life” which is a follow up after her amazing record, “Bullshit“; it also formed part of the record.
Although, great to hear that impressive beat moulder, Dalorbeatz had a part he played during the production session, though he nailed it. Phyno displayed his singing prowess and Omawumi as usual did justice to the Dalorbeatz-assisted instrumental.
“My Life” has some catchy lyrics like:
“i just dey do my thing jeje jejely oh, you come dey look me bad eye oh oh oh.., leave me alone, na my life no be your own.., my life my life, so why e dey pepper your body, say na why you dey cry, so concerned na you dey help me spend my money oh, see maybe in life, sometime, God go give you the one you need, so leave me make i live my life, my life oh, my life eh”
