Shatta Wale – On God

CEO of Shatta Movement, Shatta Wale continues his musical embodiment on the fine track named, “On God.”

The self-acclaimed King of Africa Dancehall is having all the time to himself after recovering from the backlash he received from Nigerians where he got into an internet fight with Burna Boy. Shatta Wale has been doing well for himself as of late, opening the year with a catchy tune “Landlord” and also returning back with “Like Summer” alongside Jupitar. His fresh tune “On God” is a popular street slang, widely used by Ghetto commuters.

However, this jam serves as his fourth official record for the year where he came with his latest, “M.O.E.T” alongside KimMH just few weeks back. “On God” displayed his excellently-placed Afro-reggae vocal prowess as he engages profusely with the instrumental. Shatta Wale is a rare breed in the Ghana’s music space and he is willing to creat history in the hall of fame.

Apparently, Shatta Wale has hinted on dropping a studio work of art before the end of the year but we are not sure when exactly due to the reason the project is still in works. Ironically, the Ghanaian music prodigy himself created, mixed, and mastered the record.

“On God” has some catchy lyrics like:

You no go fe show me nothing
Bring horse ago bring my tortoise
On God me I promise you go be the yawa of the day
If you don’t know you for ask stop rushing
This teeth you dey see need brushing
On God me I promise you go be the yawa of the day
