Nigerian renowned indigenous Highlife duo, Umu Obiligbo has once more entertained us with this amazing studio number which is called, “Anwuli.”
Basically, Umu Obiligbo‘s “Anwuli” (happiness) is a tune that sees the highlife singers debating facts and what they desire in life as the holiday season draws near. With a happy tune that has replay potential, the Nigerian High-Life combo Umu Obiligbo closes the year this time on a high.
The word “Anwuli,” which is used in the Igbo language, clearly translates “happiness.” The sound features more narrative from Umu Obiligbo as they dished out their trademark style. The production is under the direction of PC Lapez as he did his job passionately. Meanwhile, the track will be included in Umu Obiligbo’s upcoming album, which is expected to be released in 2023.
