CKay – Watawi ft. Davido, Focalistic, Abidoza (Video)
International Afro-pop singer, CKay has finally turned to us with the official music video to his just-unveiled track dubbed, “Watawi.”
On the edition “Watawi,” CKay took a took the unprecedented step in attempting to relate the music correlation with South Africa by enlisting the singing acumen of Nigerian award-winning pop star Davido and exhilarating South African Amapiano prodigy Focalistic, all of whom made their verses enjoyable to listen to. Abidoza wasn’t thrown off entirely, as he also contributed vocals to the Amapiano rhythm.
Remember that his previous creativity, the “Boyfriend” EP, which featured his world-famous tune, “Love Nwantiti,” was accountable for his huge success. Conversely, CKay, the Nigerian Afro-beat pop singer who topped the charts with “Emiliana” and “By Your Side” in 2021, has launched “Watawi,” a catchy track.
Finally, the music video was filmed and edited by talented female videographer, Dalia Dias.
