Rashford Ends Mourinho’s Perfect Start at Tottenham Hotspur
England Forward Marcus Rashford has ended Jose Mourinho perfect start in all competition in a 2-1 win over Spurs on wednesday night.
Rashford brace came through on the 6th minute into the first half with a blistering shot and a 49th minute penalty immediately after the break. Dele Alli pulled one on the 39th minute to keep it on level terms but Moussa Sissoko played a fast foul on Rashford in the penalty area which caused so many reviews by the VAR.
Tottenham defeat at Old Trafford is their first ever defeat since Jose Mourinho took over from Mauricio Pochettino last month.
Meanwhile, Lampard’s Chelsea defeated Aston Villa 2-1 at the Bridge and in-formed Leceister City beats last postioned Watford 2-0 in a fast display. The Leaders Liverpool overcame Everton 5-2 in an entertaining Merseyside Derby. Southampton overshadows Norwich 2-1 where Danny Ings and Ryan Bertrand found the back of the net. Wolves also flogged West Ham 2-0 at Molineux Stadium.
