Two NYSC corp members set to tie the knot in Kano State NYSC Orientation Camp
Two NYSC corp members recognized as Mohammed Alhaji-Musa and Hauwa Yahaya-Bagudu are set to tie the knot on Friday, 7th February, 2020 after falling in love in NYSC’s orientation camp in Kano back in 2019.
Mohammed Alhaji Musa hailed from Afo in Nassarawa State, while Hauwa Yahaya Bagudu is from a Nupe tribe in Niger State.
Recalling on how they met, Musa revealed that their first date was at the orientation camp kitchen in Kano State when their platoon was on camp duty that day. This is what he said;
“We met in camp during our platoon activities, especially the day we met during our platoon duty in the kitchen. Since then love took hold of me like breeze from nowhere. I was overwhelmed by her kindness and the kind of hospitality I received the first day I went to their house”
Hauwa, the-bride-to-be revealed in her own part that she initially declined serving in Kano State but it seems it has turned to be a huge blessing in her life. Hauwa who is an alumna of Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida University Lapai said;
“Today I thank God because my being here has turned out to be a blessing”
NYSC coordinator in Kano State, Mai Baba Ladan who attests to the couples’s union insisted he now takes them as role models for others. This is what he said;
“l look at them as role models to other corps members that will start a relationship that will also end into a marriage”
Their wedding ceremony will hold at the Nigeria Air Force Base Central Mosque in Kano State on Friday, 7th February, 2020 by 1:30pm prompt.
